Carlette Christmas
Carlette Christmas is the host of the popular morning talk Television and Radio Shows, “ON POINT TALK with Carlette Christmas”. She is a graduate of Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and a minor in Marketing. While in college she earned a prestigious Internship at WLS-TV i.e., The Oprah Winfrey Show in Chicago, Illinois. She also worked as an Intern at WAFB-TV News in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Carlette has over two decades of experience in media broadcasting and public relations. She and her husband David Christmas, who is the Executive Producer and Business Manager of ON POINT TELEVISION & RADIO, are following their passion by creating ON POINT TALK MEDIA. They are the proud parents of MDC, Braylon Christmas, and David Christmas II. ON POINT TALK RADIO currently serves most of Louisiana and parts of Arkansas, Texas and Mississippi.
ON POINT TALK with Carlette Christmas hopes to motivate and promote causes that empower viewers and listeners to become proactive regarding all areas of life: spiritual, mental, physical, social, financial, and family. Carlette is committed to inspiring the masses which will ultimately lead to a well-informed public. Five years ago Carlette, along with her partners, David Christmas and Glenda Stock, launched ON POINT TALK TELEVISION. The Mission of ON POINT TALK TELEVISION is to Encourage, Uplift, and Enlighten our viewers daily, one conversation at a time. The ultimate goal of ON POINT TALK TELEVISION is to propel viewers into their destinies and showcase the accomplishments and contributions of men and women locally, nationally, and internationally.

Mrs. Christmas serves on the Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospital Foundation Board. She also serves as a Board member for the Go Red for Women Campaign. She served as a Board Member for the Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce. She serves as a Board Member for the YWCA. As a community leader, she works hard, loves people, and always tries to lift the spirits of those around her. These characteristics represent all that is good in our community. Carlette is a very compassionate woman and the kind of person who goes out of her way to help the less fortunate every day. When she is not caring for her family or working on her talk shows, she devotes time to various philanthropic organizations such as the Go Red for Women Campaign, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, The YWCA, the Central La. Homeless Coalition, the March of Dimes here in Alexandria La. and the Food Bank of Central La.
